The data entry side of the workflow is a team process. Understanding not everyone will be happy we will work towards a process that everyone can live with. The application and requirements are always changing. Changes can be made as requirements and needs change. 

Validation Rules can be created to remind users what is expected at a local level. This can be a hard stop or friendly reminder based on the requirements. State and National requirements are also part of the process. 

With the move to paperless PCR we still have the need to transfer patient care to another agency. This could be Ground or Air, other Elite users or 3rd party vendors. Transfer can also include Patient transfer at the hospital ER using Hospital Hub.

I understand your site it already set up and now you would like changes made to improve the work flow reduce missing information. This is a common request that can be completed after I have a better understanding of your needs. 

I have been working with NEMSIS V3.5 for several years. While the changes are major and will require a change in the workflow, we can work on V3.5 while keeping your V3.4 active. Allow plenty of time for making the changes and training. Jan 1, 2024, is just around the corner.
